Why do I love Wingate?

I love Wingate because it has been my home away from home for the past four years. My teammates are my second family and my best friends, and I could never imagine being a part of a different team. The community of Wingate is so supportive of WUVB and other sports, and I feel cared for by my coaches, professors, other student-athletes, and fans who love to see us succeed.

What am I most excited about for our upcoming season?
This current season is my senior year, and while I am sad to be leaving such an amazing program, I am so excited to enjoy every day for the remainder of my college career. Every day is another opportunity to make unforgettable memories with my best friends, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

What are 3 fun facts about myself?

1. I have been playing volleyball since I was 6, and I come from a family of volleyball players (my mom and two sisters played in college).

2. I am an aunt to my 2-year-old niece and 1-year-old nephew.

3. I love playing pickleball and sand volleyball in my free time.
