About

***CAMPAIGN UPDATE***

With two successful challenges completed, and just a short amount of time left in the campaign, our focus is now getting as close to the goal as we possibly can by August 30th!  There is still time to get this done, but we need your help!

To support this wonderful program, click on the GIVE NOW! button, or to learn more about this opportunity for area students, watch the video or see the information below. Thank you for your consideration!

Hi – I am Leslie Brothers, Director of the Ulrich Museum of Art, and I am so proud to tell you that through our Bus Reimbursement Program for K-12 schools we have been able to bring over 4,000 students into the museum each year.

For many of them it is not only their first visit to the Ulrich Museum of Art, but also their first visit to the campus of Wichita State University (Go Shocks). While they are here, they have opportunities to form connections with actual works of art from the Museum’s collection both in the galleries and with the eighty-piece outdoor sculpture collection spread across WSU’s campus.

In order to keep this valuable initiative moving forward, we need to raise $6,000 to meet the needs of this growing program for the coming academic year. Help us ensure that students across Wichita continue to have the opportunity to visit the museum, where essential learning experiences though interactions with original works of art enhance their education and development as future community and cultural leaders.

Please consider making a gift to the Ulrich Museum Bus Reimbursement Program today!

Just 3 days left to complete the 10 donors in 10 days challenge for the Ulrich Museum Bus Reimbursement Program!

Please continue to help us on our way to $6,000 by giving another gift and/or promoting the Ulrich Museum Bus Reimbursement Program to your friends and family!

With just three days left in our most recent 10 donors in 10 days challenge, we're still five gifts away from maxing out our matching gift at $500. Every single gift is important as we enter the final two weeks of the campaign with nearly $3,000 left to raise!

Ulrich Museum Bus Reimbursement Program update...One challenge down, another to go!

Since we made such quick work of the last challenge, new donors have stepped up with another idea to help us get closer to our campaign goal!

All we need to do is get 10 more gifts over the next 10 days and we'll receive $500 more for the program - it's that simple!

For the last challenge we raised $1,570 (including the match), and we did it in just one week. Even though we have 10 days to complete this new challenge, let's see how fast we can finish it!

Please continue to share and promote the campaign as we make our way to $6,000. To learn more about this new challenge, visit the Ulrich Museum Bus Reimbursement Program campaign site.

Ulrich Museum Bus Reimbursement Program - Challenge Match Update!

Thanks to all who have participated in our challenge match over the last several days. Because of your generous gifts and thoughtful promotion of the Ulrich Museum Bus Reimbursement Program, we've already received eight (8) gifts with four days remaining in the challenge.

We're closing in on $2,000 raised so far, and as soon as we get two more donors, we'll be able to add the $300 match to our total. Please continue to share this important giving opportunity with your friends and family as we work our way towards funding this valuable program.

Thanks again for your support!

Thank you for supporting the Ulrich Museum Bus Reimbursement Program!

Many thanks to everyone who has supported the Ulrich Museum Bus Reimbursement Program by giving a gift or sharing with your friends and family!  We're approaching our first $1,000 raised for the project with a month to go, and we couldn't have done it without you!

To keep us moving in the right direction, we are pleased to announce that a donor has offered a challenge gift opportunity where she will give us $300 if we can get 10 donors to the program within the next 10 days.  So, even if you've already given a gift, you can help by sharing the campaign with those you know who support art education!

Thanks again for being part of this important project!  To learn more about the challenge gift and for a campaign update, visit the project site by clicking here.
