Thanks to the generosity of more than 61% of families in the Class of 2027, we have officially surpassed our fundraising goal and raised more than $209,000 to date. A number of grandparents also supported this wonderful collective effort. And even more impressively, 82% of students participated in their Class Gift, an incredible reflection of their school pride and community spirit.
Given this remarkable momentum, we are thrilled to share updated renderings for the Class of 2027 Gift. The expanded vision now includes lighting and enhanced seating areas, creating an even more welcoming and functional gathering space for students, families, and fans alike.
Thank you, Class of 2027 families, for your enthusiasm, generosity, and partnership in bringing this project to life. We look forward to sharing construction updates this summer!

“Participating in the Class of 2027 Gift is important to our family because it reflects our shared gratitude, unity, and commitment to leaving a lasting impact. Coming together to contribute—no matter the amount—honors the experiences, support, and opportunities that have shaped our daughter’s Westy experience.”

“We support the Class of 2027 Gift out of deep gratitude for the years our son has spent growing, learning, and thriving at Westminster. The natural bleachers project is a meaningful way to honor that experience while creating an enduring legacy that will inspire and be enjoyed by generations of students to come.”

The Class of 2027 Gift: A transformative space for Westminster now and for generations to come
What is the Class of 2027 Gift?
Each year, Fifth Form families come together to dedicate time and pool their resources to make a meaningful and transformative legacy gift to Westminster. Students and parents in the Class of 2027 have chosen Natural Bleachers in the Hovey Field Hillside as their Class Gift. It’s a shared expression of gratitude for our students’ experience and a chance to support a project that will enrich campus life for generations to come.
Why are we raising funds during the students' Fifth Form Year?
By raising funds for the Class of 2027 Gift before Commencement (May 23, 2026), construction can take place over the summer so the gift is ready when our students return in the fall as Sixth Formers, allowing them to see the project come to life, understand its impact, and help shape how the community uses the space.

Our goal is to raise $175,000, and for 100% of Class of 2027 families and students to participate in this exciting and impactful project!
