Gifts to Academics contribute to...
The WSU PA Program has a Student Chapter Society of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA). Student leaders are elected to represent WSU at the local and national level including participation at the Massachusetts state and AAPA National Challenge Bowl, a jeopardy-style medical competition. The WSU PA team placed 2nd in Massachusetts and 1st in Western Massachusetts in 2022. Funds raised help support Student Society activities, including travel expenses to the annual national conference.
Please support the Physician Assistant - Peru Mission Trip during Give a Hoot! It is a two-week medical and pediatrics surgical mission to northern Peru, where we work closely with the local volunteers and in-country partners to provide primary care and health education while ensuring sufficient medications and supplies are left for continuity of care.
