As a passionate alumnus of Western Illinois University, Cliff Becker '84 believed in the caliber of the WIU School of Agriculture and the success of our students.
Cliff was a passionate fourth-generation agriculturalist and that passion for agriculture prompted him to earn a degree in animal science from Western Illinois University in 1984. He had an impressive 39-year career. He served as Executive Vice President at Farm Journal for 10 years and held a 23-year position with Vance Publishing as Senior Vice President & Publishing Director for their Food 360 Division. At the time of his passing, he was Vice President of New Campus Development for the American Royal.
