Support WVSOM CMDA Club!

"The Christian Medical and Dental Association (CMDA) is an organization where Christian Medical and Dental students of all denominations can come together and support one another. Here specifically at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, the club consists of First and Second Year students who meet on a biweekly basis and discuss our situations while studying scriptures, applying what the Bible says in our lives. We support one another, and we love to support others. That is why we are going on a Medical Missions trip in March to the Dominican Republic. We will be practicing medicine in a rural setting to an underserved community, while also helping them spiritually navigate their health situation. As Osteopathic physicians in training, we recognize that the patient is made of a body, mind and a spirit, and we appeal to all three of these aspects of the patient in our care.
