Stepping into a courtroom for the first time can be intimidating. The Summer Trial Institute helps Wyoming's future lawyers approach this frontier with confidence. During this intensive two-week course, rising third-year students learn from leading trial lawyers and judges while developing practical skills in jury selection, witness examination, persuasion, and courtroom strategy. The class culminates with each student participating in a mock jury trial.
