Help us support civics education and public service in Wyoming.
The Wallop Civic Engagement Program supports Kā12 civics education across Wyoming and public service internships for UW Students. Your gift to the Wallop Civic Engagement Program provides vital support for important public service initiatives in the School of Politics, Public Affairs, and International Studies. By partnering with us, you will do the following.
- Foster the work of the Wallop Civic Engagement Program Fund to support Kā12 teachers and civics education across the state.
- Contribute to the Byra Kite Internship Fund to enhance UW student internship opportunities at the local, state, national, and international levels.
Join the Wallop team as one of the early donors to have your gift matched. Our generous donors have provided a $12,500 match for the Wallop Civic Engagement Program Fund and a $10,000 challenge for the Byra Kite Internship Fund. Give early and double your impact!
The Wallop Civic Engagement Program is inspired by the career of the late U.S. Senator Malcolm Wallop to advance civics education, civil discourse, and public service among Wyoming youth. With your help, we will continue to work with teachers to support civics education thatās just right for Wyoming and bolster UW student internship opportunities.
Your support is crucial for the continued growth and statewide impact of our program. Learn more about us at uwyo.edu/wallop. Thank you!
