Wyoming Flute Association (Student Organization)

We invite you to support the Wyoming Flute Association this Giving Day! The Wyoming Flute Association strives to encourage student flutists in increasing artistic ability, which creates fellowship among members and contributes to the local musical culture.

We are looking for funds to facilitate the residency of composer and flutist Nicole Chamberlain this spring, who will coach student flutists on her pieces, give a composition-related presentation, and perform in a recital in conjunction with UW student and faculty.

Additionally, the Wyoming Flute Association's flute choir is hoping to travel to Portland next summer for the National Flute Association 2026 Convention's Flute Ensemble Festival. This wonderful opportunity would allow our student flutists to perform for, network with, and listen to other flute choirs from across the country, as well as gain exposure within the flute scene for the University of Wyoming.
