Wyoming Collegiate DECA (Student Organization)

DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. 

DECA is a student organization with chapters in high schools and colleges around the globe. The collegiate division includes more than 15,000 members in 275 colleges and universities, of which Wyoming is one.

Our chapter at the University of Wyoming is the only collegiate chapter in the state, and in order to give our members the chance to grow in leadership, career skill, networking, and competition, we need your help. Your support on UW Giving Day will be put towards travel expenses to take as many members to the fall and spring conferences. 

• Our Fall Conference – DECA’s Engage Conference encourages collegiate DECA members to find their career interests, skills, and experiences and empowers them to stand out among the competition. Engage is a blend of career and leadership coaching and industry presentations from companies in and out of Minneapolis. It connects Collegiate DECA members to business professionals who will help mentor them for their future. 

• Our Spring Conference – The Collegiate International Career Development Conference takes place in San Francisco in the spring. It includes 1,200 Collegiate DECA members engaged in competitive events, professional development academies, networking, and more.
