Women's Hockey Club

The Women’s Club Hockey Team has been part of the American Collegiate Hockey Association Division 1 for the past couple years. Our team has grown tremendously over these past few years, and we have a significant number of new skaters this year! Supporting all our players and maintaining our position in the ACHA requires significant resources. 

Your support of this year’s Giving Day campaign would go to raise money for operational costs, such as hotels, rental vehicles, ice time for practice and games, our league fees, team dinners on the road, and game officials. Additionally, the money raised will help us finance a team trip to Michigan in January. This trip will require flights, rental vehicles, and accommodations. By travelling to Michigan, our team will be able to play several other ACHA D1 teams in one trip and meet the required number of teams played to remain in our league. 

Players and coaches—former and current—of the Women's Hockey Club have all worked very hard to move our sport in a positive direction at the University of Wyoming. We hope to continue this work throughout the rest of our season. With us competing at the highest level of our league, your financial support really helps!
