About

Please consider supporting the Central Asian Student Association on UW Giving Day.

CASA is an active association that promotes awareness of Central Asia and other cultures in the region. It strives to be inclusive and to support students from the region who feel isolated and don't know anyone. We celebrate diversity and annual Central Asian Awareness Day, as well as other organization on campus.

We support students and encourage them to be active in the organization. We want them to build skills and be compensated for their service when possible. We also support students who are interested in exploring Central Asia and other parts of the world.

Your support would help student leaders to connect with other students and to arrange meetings and share their cuisine. It would also support students in other ways, such as emergency funds and/or a food pantry. This year is a bit challenging since we do not have many students from Central Asia due to visa restrictions and the remaining effects of the pandemic.

We appreciate your support and thank you for your donation!
