Cavalier Marching Band to Rio

Dear Cavalier Marching Band supporters,

On June 3, the ACC announced that the Virginia vs. NC State football game, originally scheduled to be played in Brazil, will be relocated to Charlottesville, Virginia. We are deeply grateful for the incredible support shown for this campaign and our talented student-musicians. Thank you for coming together to contribute your time, energy, and generosity to the Cavalier Marching Band.

If you made a gift to the CMB to Rio campaign, you have the option to either:

• Receive a full refund, or
• Apply your gift toward a future CMB scholarship endowment fundraiser. More details will be shared soon.

To request a refund, please email annualgiving@virginia.edu by July 2. Otherwise, your gift will be redirected to support the future CMB scholarship endowment fundraiser.

With the game now at Scott Stadium, the CMB looks forward to debuting a new halftime show and bringing UVA spirit to Cavalier fans at home. Wahoowa!
