10 Years of Music! Celebrating The Cavalier Symphony Orchestra's 10 Year Anniversary

The Cavalier Symphony Orchestra is the first and only entirely student led, non-audition symphony that strives to give every student the opportunity to continue playing music in college. Founded in 2016, the orchestra was founded to provide UVA students with a relaxed environment to continue their pursuit of music. Since then, CSO has grown into an over 100-person orchestra, featuring their main orchestra, smaller philharmonic orchestra, and several chamber groups. CSO is proud to celebrate its 10-year anniversary this year! In honor of 10 years of CSO, we are hosting a fundraiser to raise money for instrument and equipment upgrades as well as funding to secure beloved concert venues such as the Paramount Theater downtown!
