For eight weeks, 96 members of Chicks on Sticks will be waking up at 4am to complete 4 dawn patrols.
What’s a dawn patrol? It's when crazy skiers and riders wake up before the sun, climb up a mountain, and ski down before the day has even begun.
Each athlete is working to raise $200 for the Chicks on Sticks Fund from amazing donors like you.
Your gift supports Chicks on Sticks’ mission of increasing inclusivity in the outdoors, specifically in snowsports. Through on-campus programming we create opportunities for female identifying and gender non-conforming skiers and riders to get outside together. We also work to empower the next generation through outdoor youth programming with DREAM and local schools.
And we support amazing partner organizations like Planned Parenthood, Protect Our Winters, Black Girls Trekkin', and HopeWorksVT. This year our organization members have chosen to highlight Vermont Adaptive Ski & Sports to help promote inclusivity and equity in winter sports.
