University of Utah Pediatric Clinic at West High School

University of Utah Department of Pediatrics has partnered with the Salt Lake City School District and the Salt Lake Education Foundation to create a school-based health center (SBHC) located on West High School campus. The clinic addresses the physical, mental, and behavioral health needs of patients ages 12-19. West High School Clinic is staffed by University of Utah Health employees. This includes faculty, staff, residents, and graduate students. Our team of providers have a variety of specialties:

• Pediatrics
• Internal Medicine Pediatrics
• Psychiatry
• Psychology
• Social work
