Wellbeing isn’t a destination—it’s an ongoing journey. It’s the foundation that helps students thrive academically, personally, and professionally. UT San Antonio’s Wellbeing Services empowers students to reach their full potential by building skills across the eight dimensions of wellbeing, equipping them to navigate college and life with confidence.

Through an integrated, whole-person approach to health education, promotion, and prevention, Wellbeing Services delivers trainings, workshops, events, and resources that meet students where they are. Weekly programs address real-life challenges such as managing trauma, coping with anxiety and depression, handling difficult situations, and building resilience so students can succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
