Support 4-H Leaders

National 4-H Congress is a premier leadership and civic engagement event held annually in Atlanta, Georgia, bringing together outstanding 4-H members from across the country. Through educational workshops, keynote speakers, service-learning projects, and hands-on activities, participants develop leadership skills, explore new perspectives, and connect with fellow youth leaders.

For many Tennessee 4-H members, the opportunity to attend National Congress is life-changing, but the cost of travel, lodging, and registration can place this experience out of reach. Donations provide scholarships and financial assistance that help Tennessee 4-H members attend regardless of financial need, covering expenses such as registration, transportation to and from Atlanta, meals not covered by registration, and personal expenses.

National 4-H Congress celebrates the achievements of Tennessee 4-H members, who are selected by demonstrating excellence in their project area, while investing in their future. Students return home with new skills, lasting connections, greater confidence, and a broader understanding of leadership and service. By supporting participation, donors help Tennessee youth grow into the next generation of leaders and engaged citizens, creating a measurable, firsthand impact that's visible the moment a student steps onto a national stage.
