GLOW - Girls Living Out Wellness

GLOW (Girls Living Out Wellness) is dedicated to building a strong community of confident women at St. Thomas by connecting students who share a passion for wellness, fitness and an active lifestyle. Through fun, interactive wellness and workout events, GLOW creates opportunities for friendship, support and meaningful engagement within the Tommie community.

We are seeking funds to enhance the experience we provide for women in our community. Your gift will help us purchase new workout equipment, including additional yoga mats and a portable speaker, allowing us to host more engaging and accessible wellness events.

Your gift will also create opportunities to develop partnerships with local brands and wellness organizations, expanding the resources, programming and experiences available to our members. With increased support, GLOW can continue to grow its impact by offering more workouts, wellness initiatives and community-building events for students at St. Thomas.
