Our students are navigating a digital world filled with noise, distractions and anxiety. They are searching for meaning, authenticity and a way to live their faith in the 21st century. What if they had a modern peer to look up to right when they walked into the chapel?

This campaign will bring a statue of St. Carlo Acutis, the first millennial saint, to the chapel stairway entrance. As a tech-savvy teenager who used his computer skills to document Eucharistic miracles, Carlo is the ultimate relatable intercessor for today's college students. He proves that sanctity isn't ancient history; it is a modern-day calling.

The entry to the Chapel of St. Thomas Aquinas is more than just a doorway; it is the threshold where students transition from the frantic pace of university life into the peace of Christ's presence. By placing the statue here, we will invite in the hesitant with his friendly jeans and sneakers and inspire students that holiness is achievable in everyday digital life.
