We have created the Brennan-Kania Faculty Fellows Fund program, a landmark initiative that will give our faculty members the financial support necessary to ensure that they continue to provide our students with the transformative education opportunities that have become synonymous with the Kania School of Management (KSOM).
Attracting and retaining the best and brightest faculty members in today’s academic climate is an extraordinarily competitive endeavor, and this fund has been specifically designed to both recruit new faculty members and retain current Assistant and Associate Professors. In order to realize these goals, we have adopted a two-pronged approach that will provide summer support for research projects and reward the incorporation of innovative teaching methods (Generative AI, Designed Thinking, and Project-based Learning) into existing courses.
The key to KSOM’s success in transforming our students into tomorrow’s business leaders has always been our faculty; don’t miss this opportunity to show your appreciation for their efforts.
