A gift of $150 sponsors one We Care Meal distribution of 50 meals to those in need in the Scranton area, such as low income housing developments and senior care centers.
Students cook, package and distribute the meals which include a main course, side, drink, snacks, dessert, utensils, and handmade card.
The We Care program is an opportunity for students to serve the community embodying the Ignatian values of magis and social justice.
