To secure the future of summer research for thesis students, Dr. Vinson initiated The Joe A. Vinson Ph.D. Endowment for Summer Thesis Research in Chemistry. With this important investment, Dr. Vinson’s legacy will continue to enrich the lives of students well beyond our years and for the life of this great University. Currently, we have reached one milestone by raising $50,000 for undergraduate research and our ultimate goal is to exceed $100,000, raising an additional $50,000 for graduate research.
