Women in Leadership & Philanthropy (WILP) creates opportunities for mentorship, networking, and connection among women across generations of the USF community. From young alumni just beginning their careers to seasoned professionals ready to share their experience, WILP brings women together for meaningful professional development and leadership growth. Because WILP operates without a university budget line, every dollar raised goes directly toward empowering women through programs like our annual symposium and expanding engagement opportunities across the USF community.
