Creative Rights, Entrepreneurship, Access, Technology, and Enterprise Law Clinic

In the CREATE (Creative Rights, Entrepreneurship, Access, Technology, and Enterprise) Law Clinic, the focus is on supporting creators. Students work alongside artists, entrepreneurs, technologists, nonprofits, makers, and small businesses as they build and grow. Students help artists secure copyright registrations, defend against trademark bullying, conduct freedom-to-operate analyses for biotech companies, guide companies through complex privacy laws, and draft contracts for start-ups. By centering the needs of creators across industries, the CREATE Law Clinic gives students the opportunity to strengthen their lawyering skills while supporting the people who drive innovation and culture forward.
