Faculty Scholarship: Support critical faculty research and scholarship, and academic publications, helping USD Law attract and retain distinguished legal scholars and produce high-impact analysis shaping the legal profession on a global scale.
Experiential Learning: Help every 1L student develop litigation skills and strategies during their first semester, followed by a spring semester focused on transactional law, giving students the practical experience they need to move beyond theory and prepare for their legal careers.
