In May, 75% of our students will graduate with international experience, enhancing their career prospects and life journeys. EnCompass is one key reason why this number has grown from 60% over the past seven years.

International Education’s EnCompass Program offers fully funded travel led by UR faculty for students at risk of missing out on international experience. With your help, they overcome financial barriers and fear of the unknown. Since 2019 nearly 50 Spiders who thought international travel “wasn’t for them” have gone global thanks to UR alumni and parents.
