About ๐Ÿฆ…

The Division of Student Affairs is an integral partner in student-centered learning; we engage students in opportunities, experiences and services designed to promote academic and personal success. Our culture reflects our commitment to ethics, community and lifelong learning.

You can support the Division of Student Affairs by making a gift to one of these areas:

  • The UNCW Student Emergency Fund provides immediate financial assistance to students facing unexpected crises such as medical emergencies, sudden loss of housing, loss of income or natural disasters. When you support the UNCW Student Emergency Fund, you directly impact the lives of students, promoting their educational continuity, investing in their future and enhancing academic success.
  • The Student Food Pantry is a critical support system addressing food insecurity and its effects on students' academic performance, mental health and overall well-being. By meeting the fundamental need for food, our pantries play a pivotal role in ensuring that all students can succeed in their educational pursuits.
  • Seahawks First (First Gen Support Fund) provides crucial resources to students facing unique challenges and barriers to accessing and succeeding in higher education due to systemic, financial and social obstacles.
  • The Mental Health Support and Services Fund ensures all students have access to services that promote overall well-being, reduce stigma, enhance student productivity and contribute to educational and occupational success. Mental health support services work to improve physical health and foster a resilient community.
  • Inclusive Futures Program (IFP) is a newly established trust fund aiming to provide tailored academic assistance, social integration support, and essential resources to ensure students with intellectual disabilities have equal opportunities for success. With your generous funding, we can offer specialized tutoring, mentorship programs, and accessibility tools that will empower these students to reach their full potential. Your contribution will make a lasting impact on their academic journey and future independence.
