UNCP Day of Giving 2023

Our 2023 Day of Giving campaign focuses on meeting our students' greatest needs. Our two focus areas are the UNCP Student Aid Fund and the UNCP Aspire Program.

UNCP Student Aid Fund: This fund closes financial gaps to keep students from dropping out and to ensure they graduate. Gifts to this fund are flexible and allow the Office of Financial Aid to be responsive to students' evolving needs. Whether it covers a $100 textbook or a $1000 outstanding bill, the Student Aid Fund is a critical resource for students in need. In the past two years, just over $200,000 has been provided to students through the Student Aid Fund.

UNCP Aspire Program: A mentoring program meeting the needs of UNC Pembroke students experiencing homelessness. Provides one-on-one mentoring, hygiene kits, food assistance, financial assistance, peer mentor training, and dorm supplies. Students can also apply for and receive emergency support. This program is the first of its kind in the UNC System.
