Spartans Give Crowdfunding Application: New Campaign
To apply, please fill out the application below. Be sure to include as much information as possible. The more information we have, the better we can determine how your project would be suited for Spartans Give and UNCG’s overall mission. Name of your campaign or project. This is what donors will see on top of the page.
Please thoroughly explain the project purpose and how it will positively impact the UNCG community.
Are you a student, faculty/staff member, or UNCG partner?
What is the organization, interest group, or department you represent?
Please provide the name and email address.
Please provide the names and email addresses of the team members helping with the project. Be sure to list what role they will have during the campaign. We recommend having 2-3 team leaders and at least 10 advocates. Please note that all team members are required to attend the kick-off meeting.
Teams are required to raise at least 30% of the goal before the campaign launches. If this is your first campaign, your public goal cannot exceed $5,000.

Please describe your target audience. Ex: Dance major alumni; local nursing professionals. Be as specific as possible.
The majority of contributions to your project will come from your personal networks. We require that teams have at least 100 relevant personal contacts.
Please describe how you will use funds received through this project. Include specific expenses e.g. $100 to fund travel fees; $1,500 to buy new equipment.
Are there any incentives/perks that you will offer to donors? If so, please list those items.
