About the Project
The UNCW Gaming Club is a community where students come together through gaming, competition, creativity, and shared experiences. We aim to create an inclusive and engaging environment where students can build friendships, develop new skills, and connect with others who share their passion for gaming. Through TEALstarter, we are raising $2,000 to support our competitive teams and expand GameCon, our large gaming event that brings together UNCW students and the greater Wilmington community.
Funds raised will help our competitive teams travel to LAN tournaments, purchase team jerseys, and participate in more competitive gaming opportunities. Donations will also support the growth of GameCon by helping us secure larger spaces, welcome new vendors and partners, and offer more activities and experiences for attendees.
Our fundraising goal is $2,000, and every contribution brings us closer to making these opportunities possible. Your support will help UNCW students compete, collaborate, build leadership and teamwork skills, and strengthen the gaming community both on campus and throughout Wilmington. Together, we can create more opportunities for students to connect, compete, and celebrate gaming!
