Dance on Film

About the Project

Dance on Film is a UNCW student organization that brings together dancers, filmmakers, performers and artists to create cinematic work through movement and storytelling. This year, we are working toward producing our Fall 2026 Dance on Film production, a collaborative film created by students from development through production.

Funds raised through TEALstarter will help cover essential production costs such as costumes, props, equipment, locations and other creative materials. With 30–35 active members and productions involving 40–50 students across choreography, performance, acting, cinematography, editing and other roles, this support will help make the production more accessible while reducing the financial burden on our student members.

Fundraising Goal: $1,500

Your support will help our students bring their ideas to life and create a film that showcases the creativity and talent of the UNCW community.
