UNC Asheville Track & Field / Cross Country is kicking off the 2026 Bulldog Challenge following a successful indoor season and with its sights set on bringing home hardware during the outdoor season.

With over 130 personal records recorded during the indoor campaign, the program is building on early momentum and continuing to push toward new heights. Our cross country program is coming off its most successful season in the last 26 years, highlighted by a runner-up finish for the women at the Big South Championship and a fifth consecutive top-three conference finish for the men.

That success has carried over to the track, where our distance athletes are making an immediate impact, while all of our student-athletes continue to make a difference in the community.

We’re inviting you to be part of something bigger than the competition.
