The Robert Straub International Student Assistance fund is named in honor of beloved staff member Robert Straub, who has spent more than three decades helping UNC Asheville students grow as leaders and thrive as adults.
Having served as a long-time advisor to countless student organizations, including SGA and the International Students Association, this fund directly supports Robert’s work and legacy by aiding degree-seeking international students during times of financial need.
