The Robert M. Lee and Linda M. Wilkins Marine Science Center at Canal Dock offers University of New Haven students the opportunity to engage in hands-on marine and environmental science through fieldwork, research, and applied learning experiences that prepare them for their future careers. At the same time, it serves as a welcoming space where local K–12 students, educators, and community members of all ages can connect with and learn about the Long Island Sound. Funds raised this year will ensure that we are able to sustain and expand these efforts, strengthening student experiences while broadening access to meaningful, place-based science education for the Greater New Haven community. Thank you for your continued support in advancing student opportunities and leaving a lasting impact on our local community.
