"I spent 2 weeks last summer in Poland with 11 other students from the Henry C. Lee College along with Interim Dean David Schroeder with the Polish National Police. We went to Warsaw, Kielce, and Krakow and explored numerous different facilities of the Polish National Police in each city. Along with the stops relating to criminal justice in Poland, we visited many important landmarks and museums from World War II and the Holocaust to learn about how the Polish National Police evolved after the war and after the occupation of the Soviet Union.
It was a life changing trip, and I never would have thought I could step out of my comfort zone like that! I really became a new person and grew so much in myself from that trip". - Mackenzie Scheuttig, B.S. Forensic Science Studies '25
