About

Through this effort you can support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at Paul College like our DEI Conference, Women in Business, and Rutman Fellows. DEI programs at Paul College focus on both creating opportunities and a more inclusive culture for students from underrepresented backgrounds and preparing all our students to be transformative leaders in the rich, multicultural business world that they are entering.

Our inclusive Leadership Fellows program creates opportunities and provides financial and programmatic support for first-generation students and students from underrepresented backgrounds. Our Allyship program allows student leaders from our many Paul College organizations to come together to learn the meaning of allyship and how they can elevate their leadership skills by serving others as an ally. Inclusion of an “inclusive community orientation” in programming for new Paul College students each fall.
