As UNH's first interdisciplinary school, the School of Marine Science and Ocean Engineering (SMSOE) takes great pride in our research and our students' hands-on experience, both designed to address today’s complex ocean and coastal challenges.
Our students do amazing research from addressing coastal changes right here in New Hampshire to working on projects in the Arctic. Funds raised during The (603) Challenge directly support these students; funding for their research projects allows students to specialize in areas that they find most interesting and ensures that their ideas will become a reality.
Thank you to our donors who helped us reach our goal of 60 donors and unlock $5,000 in funding from The Chase Family.

We've crossed the finished line! Thank you to all of our donors who made this possible and helped us unlock $5,000 in additional funds. There's still time left in The (603) Challenge, so let's keep the support rolling in!
