The Office for Disability Equity works to create access with equity and dignity. UM offers students so many great activities and opportunities, we want every UM student to be fully included in campus life.
The ODE serves students through accommodations, consultation, education and direct services. We are always looking for new ways to remove barriers and build a sense of belonging. One example is a mobile regulation station. It offers sensory and calming tools that students, departments and campus groups can borrow for events and activities. Other projects may include training, campus partnerships and resources that help students succeed in college.
You can help ODE expand these efforts and meet new needs across campus. Together, we can ensure that every student has the opportunity to thrive at UM.
