Our organization is fundraising to support programming that directly empowers women in engineering. The funds raised will help cover professional development workshops, mentorship initiatives, outreach activities for K-12 students, the annual P.O.W.E.R conference, and opportunities for members to attend local/national conferences and networking events. This support reduces financial barriers, allows more members to participate fully in SWE experiences, and strengthens our ability to build a confident, skilled, and inclusive community of future engineers and leaders.
