The Arts Chorale is a co-ed vocal ensemble that brings students together through music, community, and shared purpose at the University of Michigan. More than just a performance group, we are a space where students from all backgrounds connect, grow, and find belonging through singing. We are fundraising to support the experiences that make this community possible. Donations help us hire musicians for our concerts, provide food for members during performances and special rehearsals, as well as advertise our concerts so we can share our music with the broader campus community. Funds also support our semesterly retreat, where members come together to learn music, strengthen relationships, and build the foundation for each semester. By supporting the Arts Chorale, donors help students connect while growing as musicians, and experience the joy of making music together in a welcoming community.
About our Organization
Arts Chorale is an all-gender choir open to undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Michigan. We are the only mixed choir on campus specifically for non-music students! We are a musical and social group that has existed at the University for over 60 years. Through our affiliation with the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance, Arts Chorale has access to input from many professional musicians and we perform in venues such as Hill Auditorium once per semester.
