CENTER FOR SOCIAL SOLUTIONS STRATEGIC FUND - 332199
The Center for Social Solutions seeks to identify, develop, and implement scalable, data-driven solutions that address societal inequities.
We've been celebrating many firsts at the Center including hosting a campus summit, premiering our co-produced PBS documentary The Cost of Inheritance, launching our podcast, and producing many international news articles. We, in fact, continue to seek and find new ways of sparking dialogues through events, webinars, leadership programs, research papers, books, and more that point toward workable solutions.
As a relatively new enterprise, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a convener and catalyzer of replicable solutions. And yet, in a world desperate for data-informed solutions, we acknowledge that there is much work to be done. Here we need you.
Student workers and faculty affiliates across the university broaden and enhance the scope of our work in all of our initiatives including indices that measure inequities in hazard relief and track the corporations that pledged to support social justice initiatives.
With your funds, we will continue to generate conversations, literature, events, and projects around Diversity and Democracy, Slavery and its Aftermath, the Future of Work, and Water, Equity, and Security, with the goal of achieving the equality necessary to advance as a prosperous democratic society.
