Big Data Club

The Big Data Club organizes meetings, workshops, social events, professional development activities, and hands-on learning opportunities focused on data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics, and technology. Our activities are designed to be welcoming to students from all majors and experience levels, including students who are completely new to these topics.

Throughout the academic year, we create opportunities for students to meet one another, collaborate, learn technical and career skills, and become more involved on campus. Our events may include educational workshops, networking activities, guest speakers, career discussions, interactive games, technology-focused projects, and community service opportunities.

The Big Data Club contributes to the UMass Dartmouth community by providing a space where students can build connections outside of the classroom while exploring rapidly growing areas of technology. We help students develop practical skills, learn about academic and career opportunities, and connect with peers who share similar interests. By combining education, professional development, community service, and social programming, the club helps strengthen student engagement and creates an inclusive technology-focused community at UMass Dartmouth.
