Gifts to TAG | ALERTA contribute to...
Celebrate the season of gratitude supporting the Talented and Gifted (TAG) Latino Program and Project ALERTA. Your donation will help provide academic and enrichment opportunities to Boston Public School students over the Spring and Summer break.
The mission of TAG | ALERTA is to ensure that Boston Public School Latinx students and English Language Learners excel academically, socially, and personally, to improve their ability to succeed in elementary school, middle school, high school, and at the post-secondary levels. Our programs are FREE for our families and provide students the opportunity to see themselves as future UMass Boston students.
Help us celebrate our 40th year by donating to our program! As an example of what your impact can do, if 200 people donate $100, we can fund free field trip opportunities for 90 students. If 300 people donate $100, we can fund free lunch and breakfast for 5 weeks for 90 students. No donation is too small and can go a long way to providing amazing opportunities for our Boston youth and our future UMass Boston community! To learn more about the program feel free to visit our website https://www.umb.edu/tag/.
Donations would support:
- supplies and equipment needed for students
- field trips
- meals for students
- staffing costs needed to run the program
