Carey Forward | Class of 2023 is a campaign led by the graduating students of Maryland Carey Law’s Class of 2023 to show our appreciation for the education, training, and experiences we had as law students, and pay it forward to future law students who follow us.
While there is no giving minimum, we suggest that Class of 2023 graduates give $20.23, in recognition of our graduation year, to the fund or program that is most meaningful or most reflective of your Maryland Carey Law School experience (e.g., Trial Team, BLSA/LLSA/APALSA, or a named scholarship, just to name a few).

Whether you decide to give to the Maryland Carey Law Fund, the General Scholarship Fund, the Clinical Law Program, or a Specialty Program or Center, or something more specific, we thank you for contributing to the Carey Forward | Class of 2023 campaign.
Perks for Giving!
- All Class of 2023 Graduates who give to Carey Forward | Class of 2023 will automatically become members of the Maryland Carey Law School Club (MCLSC) for their first year after graduation (Learn more about the Maryland Carey Law School Club here)
- Special Recognition at the MCLSC Champagne Toast on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 (Register here)
- Invitation to the Fall 2023 MSLSC Crab Feast
- Recognition in the 2023-2024 Impact Report
Additionally, any Class of 2023 Graduate who gives to Carey Forward | Class of 2023 by March 20, 2023 will be invited to the 2023 Alumni Weekend Welcome Reception on Friday, March 31, 2023!
