A Message from Jamie Beaudoin ‘97, Director of Athletics

Beaver Nation,

Being a former student-athlete at the University of Maine at Farmington and then becoming lucky enough to work here for the past 25 years, I have seen first-hand the impact that the overarching community has had on our athletic programs. The generosity and kindness of past donors have enabled our department to escalate our spending to improve our facilities, increase competitions, and remain competitive amongst our biggest rivals.

With a quickly changing landscape within Division III athletics, in order to keep a competitive edge while also continuing to put the experience of our student-athletes at the forefront of our operations, I respectfully ask that you consider donating to our department or one of our phenomenal athletic teams. Our student-athletes are passionate and motivated to be the best versions of themselves both on and off the field of competition.

The University System does a great job of funding our department. However, your donations will go a long way toward allowing our student-athletes to utilize improved equipment, the accessibility to additional resources, and increase competition opportunities that they otherwise would not have.
