About

The Women's Advancement Initiative's LEAD (Leadership, Education, and Development) students from the Class of 2024 are giving back and raising money to support the next generation of LEAD. This year we’ve combined forces with the University’s annual Day of Giving to maximize our reach and voice. LEAD provides women students with life skills training, resilience and opportunity coaching, community engagement activities, a network of mentors, development workshops, and wellness coaching. We proudly celebrate and continue the legacy of Hartford College for Women through programs that encourage students to embrace opportunities and persevere through challenges so they can successfully navigate the journey through college, to life, careers, and community leadership. Make a gift and empower women leaders at the University of Hartford.
