The College of Education (COE) offers initial licensure, advanced licensure (principal, superintendent, and treasurer), a master of arts in education, EdD, and EdD in School Psychology. The COE has 47 endowed funds, most of those are scholarships to support our undergraduate and graduate students. The first priority area for the Day of Giving campaign is the COE Dean’s Fund which supports students on a variety of projects such as the Teacher Resource Center, Maker Space, travel to area schools, and professional development for our educator candidates.
In celebration of the tenth anniversary of the EdD program a Doctor of Education Scholarship Endowment Fund has been created. This scholarship will be available to an EdD student in good standing with the university and enrolled in at least six semester hours. As you know, a doctoral program is an additional expense, and we hope that this scholarship helps a doctoral student in need.
