The College of Health Professions (COHP) is committed to preparing exemplary future professionals who are leaders in their chosen fields through collaboration, innovation and experiential learning. COHP advances healthcare and human service through nationally distinguished programs with emphasis on health promotion, evidence-based practice, innovative education, scholarship and service within the community. We offer a broad range of health professions and human service majors while encouraging activities that promote the awareness of health, wellness and education by currently offering three doctorates, five masters, 12 baccalaureates, four associates, six certificates and five minors. We are able to draw on the strengths of each program to provide interdisciplinary experiences and share faculty expertise across a variety of disciplines. COHP students learn-by-doing, with an array of hands-on experiences, state-of-the-art on-campus labs and over 1,000 supervised clinical training sites. A priority area for the 24 hours of giving campaign is the COHP Dean’s Fund which supports students on a variety of projects such as equipment for a variety of our labs, renovations within the college and furnishings for our classrooms.
