The Detroit Mercy Tennis Club is one of the largest and most spirited sport clubs on campus—where backhands are strong, friendships are stronger, and every practice is packed with energy, good sportsmanship, and plenty of fun. Our members meet twice a week to sharpen skills, rally with friends, and enjoy competitive match play that welcomes players of all levels.
As an official member of the United States Tennis Association, our club fields a competitive roster that travels to 1–2 tournaments each month, facing off against 4–6 universities at each event. These tournaments are opportunities for our players to represent Detroit Mercy with pride while building confidence, teamwork, and unforgettable memories.
